In 2024, Ards and North Down Borough Council commissioned Abbey Films to produce a series of films highlighting their work on the Labour Market Partnership scheme.
The AND Business Labour Market Partnership (LMP) offers support with career guidance, development, and interview skills. They also help people find out what sector is best for their skills and interests, and provide assistance for those looking to start their own business.

Episode 2 features Jonathan McEvoy, a special needs recipient of Labour Market Partnership training which has supported his entrance into the workforce.
